About these terms
These terms apply to purchases from Latchora and use of our online store. Nothing in these terms restricts mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable law provides greater protection, that protection takes priority.
Orders and payment
Please check your order details before submitting a purchase. You must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and be legally able to enter into the purchase agreement.
An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. Our acceptance and the formation of the purchase contract occur when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Prices, currency, applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before you complete your purchase. Where additional import duties or customs charges may be payable by you, this will be disclosed before purchase.
If an item is unavailable, we identify a genuine pricing error, or we have reasonable concerns about fraudulent payment, we will contact you. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. Any rejection or cancellation of an order will comply with applicable law. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will refund payments due without undue delay and within applicable legal deadlines.
Products and delivery
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications and images. Minor differences in screen colour do not affect your rights where a product is materially different from its description.
Some products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and may ship from overseas or arrive in separate parcels. Delivery estimates and relevant shipping information will be provided before purchase. We remain responsible for our obligations to you, regardless of who fulfils the order.
Please contact us about delayed, missing or damaged deliveries. Delivery estimates do not remove your statutory rights. Responsibility for goods in transit is determined by applicable law and is not automatically transferred to you when goods are dispatched.
Returns, cancellations and refunds
Our Return Policy forms part of these terms and provides a 30-day change-of-mind return window, subject to its stated conditions. Please consult that policy for return instructions and information about return postage and refunds.
Statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights remain separate and may apply for longer. Any refund you are legally entitled to is not conditional on our supplier approving a return or reimbursing us. If these terms or our policies conflict with mandatory consumer law, that law takes priority.
Product use and liability
Please follow applicable product instructions and safety warnings. This does not remove our responsibility for product conformity or safety.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Website use
You must not use our website for fraud, unlawful activity or interference with its operation. You must not misuse another person's account or payment information.
Website content is protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use it for personal shopping and other uses permitted by law. These terms do not prevent lawful reviews or the exercise of consumer rights.
Privacy and complaints
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. For order questions or complaints, use the contact information provided on our website and include your order number where available so we can investigate.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Irish law, subject to any mandatory protections available under applicable law in your country of residence. This clause does not remove your rights to bring a claim before a court available to you under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases. Updates do not retrospectively reduce rights relating to orders already placed.
